Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Easy Coin, operated by PestoSoft OÜ, an Estonian private limited company (OÜ).

1. Description of Services

Easy Coin provides automated cryptocurrency signal generation and trade execution services. Users can select their risk level (Low, Medium, High) and the bot will act accordingly. Easy Coin does not offer investment advice and shall not be regarded as a financial advisor. All financial decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.

2. API Access and Control

Users provide their Binance API key manually. Easy Coin stores the keys in an encrypted format and only uses them for trading on the user’s behalf. The API key must grant only trading permissions. Withdrawal and transfer permissions must remain disabled. If the user removes Easy Coin’s server IP from Binance's API whitelist, the connection is instantly cut. Users retain full control over their funds at all times.

3. Demo Accounts

Demo access may be granted for a limited time (typically 3 days), at the sole discretion of Easy Coin. Access is limited to features as configured for the demo.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Available plans are:

  • Annual Plan: $1500 per year

  • Lifetime Plan: $3000 one-time fee + $250/year for hosting

  • Full Code Ownership: $25,000 one-time fee (includes full source code and independent operation rights)

Each plan includes specific usage rights and limitations as detailed in the accompanying License Agreement.

5. Support and Onboarding

Support is provided via email at info@easycoinbot.com. Initial onboarding includes a one-time 1.5-hour Zoom or in-person training session on software usage. Additional support requests will be handled in order of receipt.

6. System Availability

Easy Coin is hosted on DigitalOcean. Uptime and reliability depend on DigitalOcean's service levels. No independent service uptime guarantees are provided beyond the underlying infrastructure.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer or manipulate the system. Easy Coin is limited to use on Binance Global only. Use on other exchanges or through unauthorized modifications is prohibited.

8. Suspension and Termination

Easy Coin reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in the event of policy violations, misuse, or any illegal behavior. A warning will be issued first, and non-compliance may result in termination without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Easy Coin and PestoSoft OÜ shall not be held liable for any financial loss, trading error, or missed opportunity. Users accept the inherent risks of cryptocurrency trading.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email or platform announcement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable EU regulations.
