Digital Sales Agreement

Effective Date: 03/05/2025

This Digital Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the purchaser (“Customer”) and PestoSoft OÜ, an Estonian private limited company, for the purchase of digital services and software access provided by Easy Coin.

1. Scope of Agreement
This Agreement applies to the sale of digital subscriptions and access to the Easy Coin platform. Products include automated trading bots and market signal tools for Binance Global.

2. Purchase and Delivery
Customer agrees to pay the applicable fees through Stripe. Upon confirmation of payment, access to the selected plan (Annual, Lifetime, or Full Code) will be granted via email and setup instructions.

3. No Right of Withdrawal
As per EU consumer protection law, digital services that are fully performed or accessed upon purchase are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. By purchasing, Customer waives this right.

4. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. No refunds will be provided after service activation unless required by law. Demo access may be provided prior to purchase at the sole discretion of PestoSoft OÜ.

5. Invoicing and VAT
Invoices are issued automatically to the billing details provided by the Customer. VAT may be applied based on the Customer’s country of residence and VAT number, in accordance with EU tax regulations.

6. Customer Obligations
Customer shall provide accurate information and ensure that payment methods are valid. Customer is responsible for securing their Binance account and API permissions.

7. Intellectual Property
All software and service components remain the intellectual property of PestoSoft OÜ. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights, except where stated under a separate License Agreement.

8. Termination
PestoSoft OÜ reserves the right to suspend access in the event of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of terms. Notice will be provided where possible.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be settled under Estonian jurisdiction.
